<\/span><\/b>\u00a0de conformidad con el\u00a0 instrumento poder especial\u00a0 autenticado ante la Notaria\u00a0 Publica Vig\u00e9sima Sexta del Municipio Libertador del Distrito Capital, en fecha del XXXXX (XXX) de octubre del a\u00f1o dos mil trece (2013) el cual qued\u00f3 inserto bajo el No. XX, tomo XX, del libro de autenticaciones llevado por esa Notaria, cuya copia certificada marcada con la <strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">letra <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">\u201cB<\/span>\u201d <\/strong>acompa\u00f1o a este libelo, y que me ha otorgado dicha junta; en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">art\u00edculo 20, literal \u201ce\u201d de la vigente Ley de Propiedad Horizontal;<\/span><\/b> <b>(anexo marcado con la <\/b><strong>letra \u00a8C\u00a8<\/strong><b> copia simple del Acta No.<b> <b>XX <\/b><\/b>del 2013, donde la Junta de Condominio se\u00f1ala los inmuebles cuyos propietarios ser\u00e1n objeto de acciones judiciales, <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">pidi\u00e9ndole al funcionario receptor competente de este documento, que deje expresa constancia de haber tenido a la vista el acta original estampada en el Libro de Actas de la Junta de Condominio donde consta tal autorizaci\u00f3n);<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 \u00a0mediante el presente escrito ocurro ante su competente autoridad <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">para demandar, como en efecto formalmente hago<\/span><\/b> a: <b><b>XXXXXXXXX<\/b>, <\/b>quien es titular de la C\u00e9dula de Identidad n\u00famero: <b>V- <b>XXXXXX<\/b><\/b>\u00a0 en lo sucesivo denominada\u00a0 aqu\u00ed <strong>LA DEMANDADA<\/strong>, dado su exclusivo car\u00e1cter de \u00fanica propietaria de un apartamento distinguido con las letras y n\u00fameros: <b>\u201c<b>XXX-ZZZ<\/b>\u201d<\/b>, situado\u00a0\u00a0 en el piso <b>DIEZ\u00a0 (1<b>0<\/b>)<\/b> del Edificio XXXXX<b><\/b>,\u00a0 con los siguientes linderos generales: <b>NORTE<\/b>: _______; <b>SUR<\/b>: ______; <b>ESTE: <\/b>apartamento numero XXX y <b>OESTE:<\/b> apartamento numero XXXXX;\u00a0 \u00a0ya\u00a0\u00a0 antes\u00a0 identificado, seg\u00fan documento de propiedad registrado seg\u00fan declaraci\u00f3n especial numero ______, de fecha, XXXXX de noviembre de XXXXX, agregada al Cuaderno de Comprobante n\u00famero XXXXX, folios: XXXX al XXXX del tercer trimestre de XXXXXX; y cuya copia certificada anexo a este escrito marcada con la<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">letra \u201cD\u201d<\/span><\/strong>;\u00a0 por las deudas en dinero, l\u00edquidas y exigibles contenidas en los <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">t\u00edtulos ejecutivos<\/span><\/b> (facturas mensuales de condominio) no pagadas a la comunidad de copropietarios que legalmente representa mi mandante, por concepto de los gastos comunes y no comunes inherentes a\u00a0 dicho\u00a0 apartamento, de acuerdo a la distribuci\u00f3n seg\u00fan al\u00edcuota establecida\u00a0 en\u00a0 el\u00a0 Documento\u00a0 de Condominio del citado conjunto residencial y que est\u00e1n reflejadas en las facturas de condominio que m\u00e1s abajo se relacionan y acompa\u00f1an a este instrumento. Anexo marcada con la serie de la\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">letra \u201cE\u201d<\/span><\/strong>, las planillas de liquidaci\u00f3n de gastos comunes o recibos de condominios que se encuentran vencidos y que no ha pagado la parte que aqu\u00ed se demanda. Se\u00f1or Juez, los fundamentos jur\u00eddicos de esta acci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 verlos en el <b>Cap\u00edtulo II<\/b> del presente escrito y en consecuencia, a continuaci\u00f3n le presento la estructura de los argumentos tanto de los hechos como del derecho, as\u00ed como la s\u00edntesis de los petitorios que espero me sean acordados oportunamente y que se resumen de la siguiente forma, a saber:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:14.1pt;text-align:center;line-height:200%;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt;line-height:200%;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">CAP\u00cdTULO I: DE LOS HECHOS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent\">Mi representada, Junta de Condominio del Edificio <b>XXXX<\/b>, representante legal de la comunidad de copropietarios y ente que me ha habilitado como su apoderado judicial, conforme a lo antes indicado, es la leg\u00edtima acreedora\u00a0 de los gastos comunes imputables al(la) <strong>DEMANDADO(A) <\/strong>\u00a0por ser los mismos una obligaci\u00f3n que sigue al inmueble de su propiedad <b>(obligaci\u00f3n pr\u00f3pter rem)<\/b> y que no han sido pagados, a pesar de que la administradora del inmueble en varias ocasiones\u00a0 le ha\u00a0 requerido extrajudicialmente su pago. Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela publicada seg\u00fan Gaceta Oficial No. 5.453 del 24 de marzo del a\u00f1o 2000 dispone lo siguiente: <b>\u201cToda persona tiene derecho de acceso a los \u00f3rganos de administraci\u00f3n de justicia para hacer valer sus derechos e intereses, incluso los colectivos o difusos; a la tutela efectiva de los mismos y a obtener con prontitud la decisi\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\">El Estado garantizar\u00e1 una justicia gratuita, accesible, imparcial, id\u00f3nea, transparente, aut\u00f3noma, independiente, responsable, equitativa y expedita, sin dilaciones indebidas, sin formalismos o reposiciones in\u00fatiles\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">1.2)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De los \u00f3rganos de la justicia<\/span>:<span style=\"font-weight:normal;\"> m\u00e1s adelante nos reza el art\u00edculo 253 de la siguiente forma: <\/span>\u201cLa potestad de administrar justicia emana de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas y se imparte en nombre de la Rep\u00fablica por autoridad de la ley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:-4.5pt;text-indent:39.75pt;\">Corresponde a los \u00f3rganos del Poder Judicial conocer las causas y asuntos de su competencia mediante los procedimientos que determinen las leyes, y ejecutar y hacer ejecutar sus sentencias\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">1.3)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De la eficacia procesal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">: Nos se\u00f1ala el art\u00edculo 257 de la Carta Magna que: <\/span>\u201cEl proceso constituye un instrumento fundamental para la realizaci\u00f3n de la justicia. Las leyes procesales establecer\u00e1n la simplificaci\u00f3n, uniformidad y eficacia de los tr\u00e1mites y adoptar\u00e1n un procedimiento breve, oral y p\u00fablico. No se sacrificar\u00e1 la justicia por la omisi\u00f3n de formalidades no esenciales\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:53.25pt;text-indent:-18pt;\">2)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal y del C\u00f3digo Civil<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">2.1) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal<\/span>:<span style=\"font-weight:normal;\"> su art\u00edculo 1ro. nos se\u00f1ala: <\/span>\u201cLos diversos apartamentos y locales de un inmueble podr\u00e1n pertenecer a distintos propietarios de acuerdo con las disposiciones de la presente Ley y, en cuanto no se opongan a \u00e9stas, las del C\u00f3digo Civil\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">2.2) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Las\u00a0 facturas\u00a0 de\u00a0 condominio\u00a0 son\u00a0 t\u00edtulos ejecutivos<\/span>: <span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">Se\u00f1ala el art\u00edculo 14 de la Ley ejusdem: <\/span>\u201cLas contribuciones para cubrir los gastos podr\u00e1n ser exigidas por el administrador del inmueble o por el propietario que hubiere pagado sumas que corresponda adoptar a otro propietario. Para el efecto de estos cobros, har\u00e1n fe contra el propietario moroso, salvo prueba en contrario, las actas de las asambleas inscritas en el libro de acuerdos de los propietarios y los acuerdos inscritos por el administrador en dicho libro, cuando est\u00e9n justificados por los comprobantes que exige esta Ley.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">Las\u00a0\u00a0 liquidaciones\u00a0\u00a0 o\u00a0\u00a0 planillas\u00a0\u00a0 pasadas\u00a0\u00a0 por\u00a0\u00a0 el\u00a0\u00a0 administrador\u00a0\u00a0 del\u00a0\u00a0 inmueble\u00a0 a los propietarios respecto a las cuotas correspondientes por gastos comunes, tendr\u00e1n fuerza ejecutiva\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\"><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">A esta disposici\u00f3n de rango legal se le agrega su ratificaci\u00f3n hecha por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, en sentencia de reciente data y que tiene car\u00e1cter vinculante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\"><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">\u00a0<\/span>2.3) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Remisi\u00f3n al C\u00f3digo Civil<\/span>: <span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">El art\u00edculo 15 de esta Ley expresa: <\/span>\u201cLos cr\u00e9ditos a que se refiere el art\u00edculo anterior gozar\u00e1n de privilegio sobre todos los bienes muebles del deudor, el cual se preferir\u00e1 al privilegio especial indicado en el ordinal 4 del art\u00edculo 1871 del C\u00f3digo Civil; pero se pospondr\u00e1 a los dem\u00e1s privilegios generales y especiales establecidos en el mismo C\u00f3digo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se aplicar\u00e1 a estos cr\u00e9ditos lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 1876 del C\u00f3digo Civil\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\"><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>2.4) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Fijaci\u00f3n de la competencia seg\u00fan la cuant\u00eda de la demanda<\/span>:<span style=\"font-weight:normal;\"> El art\u00edculo 1.093 del referido C\u00f3digo se\u00f1ala: <\/span>\u201cSe observar\u00e1n las disposiciones del C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Civil para determinar el Tribunal competente en consideraci\u00f3n a la cuant\u00eda del inter\u00e9s de la acci\u00f3n y para fijar la cuant\u00eda\u201d.<span style=\"font-weight:normal;\"> Sobre este particular y considerando el monto de las facturas debidas por la parte demandada, no cabe lugar a dudas que es el Tribunal de Municipio de la Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial del \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Caracas el que deber\u00e1 conocer este asunto. De acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 29 del C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Civil est\u00e1 establecido que: <\/span>\u201cLa competencia por el valor de la demanda se rige por las disposiciones de este C\u00f3digo y por la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent3\" style=\"margin-left:0;\">2.5) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De la prescripci\u00f3n ordinaria de la obligaci\u00f3n que se reclama<\/span>:<span style=\"font-weight:normal;\"> En el presente caso, todas las planillas de liquidaci\u00f3n\u00a0 o tambi\u00e9n llamadas facturas de condominio relativas a los gastos comunes siguen al inmueble; constituyen una obligaci\u00f3n de naturaleza \u201cpropter rem\u201d y son de car\u00e1cter real; no est\u00e1n prescritas y en consecuencia, son\u00a0 exigibles a la parte demandada quien deber\u00e1 pagarlas voluntariamente o en su defecto, de forma coactiva por los medios legales previstos para tales situaciones de contumacia en el pago, conforme a la presente acci\u00f3n judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:200%;\"><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Del Derecho Procesal Civil<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>3.1) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Norma rectora del Procedimiento por la V\u00eda Ejecutiva<\/span>:<\/b> <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">El art\u00edculo 630 del C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Civil<\/span><\/b> vigente establece que: <b>\u201cCuando el demandante presente instrumento p\u00fablico u otro instrumento aut\u00e9ntico que pruebe clara y ciertamente la obligaci\u00f3n del demandado de pagar alguna cantidad l\u00edquida con plazo cumplido; o cuando acompa\u00f1e vale o instrumento privado reconocido por el deudor, el Juez examinar\u00e1 cuidadosamente el instrumento y su fuere de los indicados, a solicitud del acreedor acordar\u00e1 inmediatamente el embargo de bienes suficientes para cubrir las obligaci\u00f3n y las costas, prudencialmente calculadas\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>\u201cCuando la pretensi\u00f3n del demandante persiga el pago de una suma l\u00edquida y exigible de dinero o la entrega de cantidad cierta de cosas fungibles o de una cosa mueble determinada, el Juez, a solicitud del demandante, decretar\u00e1 la intimaci\u00f3n del deudor, para que pague o entregue la cosa dentro de diez d\u00edas apercibi\u00e9ndole de ejecuci\u00f3n. El demandante podr\u00e1 optar entre el procedimiento ordinario y el presente procedimiento, pero \u00e9ste no ser\u00e1 aplicable cuando el deudor no est\u00e9 presente en la Rep\u00fablica y no haya dejado apoderado a quien pueda intimarse, o si el apoderado que hubiere dejado se negare a representarlo\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>3.2) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De las medidas cautelares<\/span>: <\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:200%;\">De\u00a0\u00a0 conformidad\u00a0\u00a0 con\u00a0\u00a0 lo\u00a0\u00a0 establecido\u00a0 en el <b>art\u00edculo 588<\/b> de este mismo C\u00f3digo, que establece: <b>\u201cEn conformidad con el art\u00edculo 585 de este C\u00f3digo, el Tribunal puede decretar, en cualquier estado y grado de la causa, las siguientes medidas:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:54pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>1)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b>El embargo de bienes muebles;<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:54pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>2)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b>El secuestro de bienes determinados;<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:54pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>3)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b>La prohibici\u00f3n de enajenar y gravar bienes inmuebles.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>Podr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el Juez acordar cualesquiera disposiciones complementarias para asegurar la efectividad y resultado de la medida que hubiere decretado\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>4)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">De\u00a0 las\u00a0 costas\u00a0 del\u00a0 proceso<\/span>: <\/b>El <b>\u00a0\u00a0art\u00edculo\u00a0\u00a0 286\u00a0\u00a0 del\u00a0 C\u00f3digo\u00a0 de\u00a0 Procedimiento\u00a0 Civil<\/b> establece con mediana claridad que: <b>\u201cLas costas que debe pagar la parte vencida por honorarios del apoderado de la parte contraria estar\u00e1 sujetas a retasa. En ning\u00fan caso estos honorarios exceder\u00e1n del treinta por ciento (30%) del valor de lo litigado\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:200%;\"><b>5)<span style=\"font:7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><b>Del inter\u00e9s legal: Dispone el art\u00edculo 1.746 del C\u00f3digo Civil Venezolano lo siguiente: \u201cEl inter\u00e9s es legal o convencional\u2026El inter\u00e9s legal es del tres por ciento anual\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;line-height:200%;\">CAP\u00cdTULO III:\u00a0 PETITUM DE LA ACCI\u00d3N<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:200%;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En\u00a0\u00a0 caso\u00a0\u00a0 de\u00a0\u00a0 que\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <b>LA\u00a0 DEMANDADA<\/b> no diere por voluntad propia cumplimiento a sus obligaciones legales, pido al tribunal que formalmente la condene a:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:200%;\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt;line-height:200%;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>1) Pagar el monto total de las planillas de liquidaci\u00f3n de gastos comunes o facturas arriba se\u00f1aladas, el cual asciende a la cantidad de<b> DIECINUEVE MIL TRESCIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE BOL\u00cdVARES CON TRECE<\/b> <b>\u00a0C\u00c9NTIMOS (Bs. 19.349,13).<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.25pt;line-height:200%;\">2) Pagar la cantidad de<b> OCHOCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SIETE BOL\u00cdVARES CON SETENTA Y OCHO C\u00c9NTIMOS (Bs. 857,78) <\/b>por concepto de intereses legales devengados calculados seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 1.746 del C\u00f3digo Civil Venezolano antes se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.25pt;line-height:200%;\">La sumatoria del capital y del inter\u00e9s legal se\u00f1alados en los dos numerales anteriores <b>\u201c1\u201d y \u201c2\u201d<\/b>, asciende a la cantidad de <b>VEINTE MIL DOSCIENTOS SEIS BOL\u00cdVARES CON NOVENTA Y UN C\u00c9NTIMOS (Bs. 20.206,91).<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:200%;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3) Pagar las costas del presente procedimiento, de conformidad con lo establecido en el <b>art\u00edculo 286 del C\u00f3digo ejusdem<\/b>, pidiendo al tribunal que las calcule y exprese oportunamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;text-indent:35.4pt;line-height:200%;\">4) Pido tambi\u00e9n al Juzgado que incluya en su decisi\u00f3n definitiva el c\u00f3mputo \u00a0o sumatoria de las planillas de liquidaci\u00f3n o facturas de gastos comunes que se sigan venciendo en el transcurso de este proceso, hasta llegado el momento de la ejecuci\u00f3n de la sentencia, si fuese el caso, las cuales se <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">\u00a0producir\u00e1n y anexar\u00e1n oportunamente durante el \u00a0juicio<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:200%;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5) Pido\u00a0 al Tribunal que decrete las siguientes <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">medidas preventivas<\/span><\/b> en contra del patrimonio del(la) <b>DEMANDADO(A)<\/b> a los fines de garantizar las resultas de este juicio: <b>A<b>) Muy especialmente la <b>y preferiblemente sobre cualquier otra medida preventiva, la\u00a0<\/b><\/b> <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Medida de Embargo Ejecutivo<\/span><\/b> sobre el bien inmueble constituido por el apartamento distinguido con las letras: <b><b>XXXXX<\/b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">,<\/span><\/b> <b><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">situado en el piso DIEZ (16) del\u00a0 EDIFICIO <b>XXXXXXXX<\/b>,\u00a0 inmueble y condominio<\/span><\/b>, ya arriba identificado;
